Basic Rental Terms & Info

*Your rental begins the day your order is processed here.

*Your Rental ends the day it is returned here. 

*Months are not pro-rated so if you wish to not be billed for the coming month, your rental must be returned by the due date.

*Basic insurance for theft and fire are included with a corresponding police and or fire dept report.

*We do understand basic wear and tear will occur on a rental instrument but malicious or negligent damage or destruction will not be covered.

*Outside repairs or adjustment are not covered. If you should have an issue, email or call us and we will make arrangements for immediate replacement.

* String Replacement Fee is charged on return.
