Please return via UPS or FED EX Ground so you may obtain tracking and proof of delivery. They also include insurance up to $100 at no charge though we do recommend insuring your return for full value.
* If you are returning, and planning on re-renting for school, please note, once returned, all equity and exchange options are lost and must be renewed as a new rental.  Thanks again! We have truly appreciated your business.
All Stickers and Residue must be cleanly removed from our instruments prior to return or a tape/residue fee will be applied.  Any previously unreported damage may result in a repair fee assessment. We ship our rentals with new strings. A basic string replacement/reconditioning fee applies to all returns unless returned with a new set of packaged strings. This fee only covers our cost and is not marked up. Fee Schedule.
