Unlike most programs, insurance is already included with your rental here at ViolinRentals.com
If there is an issue or accident with your rental, we must be notified within 48 hours. We will make a determination on repair or replacement at that time and your report will be noted on your account.
Theft or Fire loss is covered with an applicable departmental report form your local Police and Fire Dept.
Negligent damage and/or loss will not be covered.
Items returned with unreported damage will not be covered.
