The following fees may be charged on return.
Remember, accidental damage occurrence is included with your rental but we must be notified within 48 hours of any damage. Items returned with unreported damage will be assessed on a case by case basis. The fees we apply are to cover out of pocket expense to restore the rental to proper condition. Cases, Bows, Rosin and Strings are not covered items. If case's or bow's are damaged you will be charged for repair or replacement. These fees are to cover our actual cost only.

Sticker & Residue Removal $7 (Remove any applied tape and residue to avoid this fee.) |
| We ship all rentals with new strings. A basic reconditioning & string replacement fee applies on return regardless of length of rental. (See String Chart Below) |
