Q:  Is the violin setup?

A: Yes, your rental is fully setup by our in house Master Technicians right before it ships to you. Our technicians setup and adjust all aspects of your violin so it will be ready to play when you receive it. We even tune it. Of course you will need to fine tune it when you receive it as it may lose tune slightly during the shipping process.

 

 

Q:  What happens if my rental breaks? 

A:  We will ship a replacement rental so you are not without your instrument.  Our violins are kept in top condition and they are perfect when they leave our shop . Most minor issues that could come up are more of basic operation and maintenance issues that can be handled by you  with the guidance of our technician by phone, such as string replacement or repositioning the bridge. We are here to help. Our general violin tips page solves most common & minor issues. (Coming Soon) You can rest assured, that we will provide you with the highest level service to ensure you are happy with your rental and that you have an instrument at all times.

 

 

Q. Are Strings & Bows Covered repair items?

A: Bows are covered, strings are not.. Please see our accessories page for strings and accessories. 

 

 

Q: Can I upgrade or change size?

A: Yes you can. Simply email us with that request and we will make it happen!

 

 

Q: Can I purchase my rental?

A: Yes you can. You may apply a portion of paid rent towards the retail purchase price. Each instrument differs in regard to just how much rent may be applied. That information is listed under the violins specifications for your review and on your checkout reciept. This is a great option to have. Simply email us and we will assist you.
